This is my attempt to cut the cord and the Firestick is one of the components to allow me to do that. This along with an HD antenna and I am on my way. Love the Fire Stick

Got rid of the high priced cable TV. Finally made the move and I could not be happier. This economical stick works like a charm. I am so happy to be cable free!

The amazon fire stick work well, the good thing about it is that I don’t have to pay for cable anymore

the service and picture are outstanding but the unfiltered hdmi connection knocks out my over the air reception and I have to unplug the module to get clear broadcast signals

Pretty basic device to start streaming. I already knew its capabilities and what it does and doesn't do, and it worked as such. The reason why I give it 5 stars.

Works well for getting into my Amazon, hulu, netflix etc accts. Doesnt seem to be too friendly when trying to stream DirecTV or a cable provider. Have some issues with some of the apps like ESPN and CNN. However, not sure if that is from the firestick or the apps themselves.

Purchased this for my mother in law who didn’t have a smart TV. It was very easy to setup plus it in and connect to your WiFi. After that very simply to download the apps that she wanted such as YouTube, Hulu, HBO Go, ShowTime, Amazon Video, Amazon Music, Netflix and many more. Once you download each app you do need to sign into your account in order to get the full benefits. Overall great product doesn’t buffer when watching movies, great that the remote has a mic and you can tell it what to open. Would recommend this for someone who doesn’t want to spend more money on upgrading the TV.

I have been using several different methods to stream, from a PS3 to PS4, to Roku Stick, to PC. This is quick, easy, and has it all! Buy a Fire Stick and do not look back.

I cut the chord and have gone with streaming services. I use Netflix, Amazon prime and bounce between sling, DirecTV now, etc. Amazon firestick is the way to go!

Amazon approved apps work fine. Side loaded apps that require mouse clicks to configure or use do not.

Not a bad deal - hooks up easy to the television. Like ease to move.

Attached it to my first generation smart tv, 50 inch plasma in the basement so the girlfriend could watch utube for sewing, we were amazed how much smarter the smart tv was.

This is a great addition to my TV watching experience. I don't have smart TV so it's great to have an easy way to access all my apps in one place. Definitely recommend!

If you have more than one streaming service (Hulu, Amazon Prime, Netflix, etc) and don’t need 4K, this is a cheap way to view them in one spot. Blows away any Smart TV.

I am a big fan of Amazon fire sticks. Quick and easy access to movies and tv shows on Netflix. Portable. Can't go wrong. Maybe could use a little more power in the future.

Amazon has game apps that you can play and only available on the Fire Stick! The games are great and super fun to play. PS you can stream your Prime videos and TV shows too.

I use my firestick almost everyday I don't really need to have cable. From tv shows to movies, the possibilities are endless. Plus it's portable so you can take it wherever.
