I was looking to lower my cable bill and by using the Amazon Fire Stick along with the free Google Fiber I was able to connect to the DirecTV NOW app, Amazon Prime and Netflix and reduce our cable costs by over $100/month. Although the free internet is much slower than our previous one there is no buffering when streaming live or on-demand shows...and we have more watching options than we had with cable! An added bonus is that it 'talks' to our 'MyQ' wired garage door opener and our Nest thermostat! I actually bought two Amazon Fire sticks so we could cut the cable costs at both our homes.

Great product. Big time amazon fan and the fire tv stick does not disappoint. Voice remote is convenient, resolution is sharp, and service is speedy.

Made tv watching a breeze. Great addition especially if you are an Amazon Prime member. Just don't say something you wouldn't want others to hear. Alexa hears all.

Although the Fire stick doesn't seem to be as robust as the full Fire box or as an Apple TV would be, I can still stream with ease and access my Amazon music and videos quickly. I have not used the app store too much yet, but see that many of the smartphone apps are available here as well.

I use this product almost everyday. I had the chromecast previously but this is much easier to use. I bought an additional one as a gift. I encourage you to try it.

Works as described Amazon prime movies good selection Alexia works as it should You download other apps you could go on Google you can watch your photos and videos

Got rid of my cable company am now usin the fire stick.why did I wait so long. Same shows as on tv and get movies no cable bill would recommend to everyone

I cut cable TV due to been too expensive and decided to get the firestick. No regrets, best investment, very easy to set up and user friendly interface.

The fire TV Stick is fabulous! I think I will be able to cancel my very expensive cable subscription. This gives me access to all of my favorite TV shows And movies.

We wanted to cut the cable cord and we were able to do so. Downloaded free apps and subscribed to a few cheap ones ex: sling and Netflix. Saving a lot each month.

An affordable streaming stick that is decently capable. If you don't have an Amazon Prime account it's a little less worth it. Some functionality is clunky (like the YouTube app, or lack thereof). It's easy to forgive faults for the price, but don't expect Apple TV performance.

If you are into TV and Movies, this is for you! Was shocked how easy it was to use. Quality is superb, a great present for the techie in your home!

I've purchased several for all of the televisions in my home and absolutely love them. The remote is small and simple and so easy to use with the talking feature.

Love the Fire Stick. Got it for streaming but love the games and apps that you can get too. Easy to use with remote or phone. Prime membership makes it better.

Works is described. I have notice unit does get a little bit hot when driving video. But works.

I'm pleased with this product. The only problem I've had is that it's slow to search for files.

Amazon Fire TV Stick is so great for many uses. I use mine for Netflix, I can purchase movies from Amazon, I can ask Alexa about the weather. I love it!

One of the best things I ever bought and very easy to jailbreak don't waste your money finding one already jailbroken it is not that hard to do yourself!

Love it so far. Many program options to download. Easy to get used to the layout of the programming. Minimal buffering and we have nasty bad internet here.

I love how easy it was to setup, and the quality that it provides for each of the apps. I mainly use the DirecTV Now app, and it is superb. I highly recommend!
