Prefer it over Roku
||Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.I move a lot. Whenever I disconnected the roku's from the tv's they wouldn't pair up with the remotes again and the app didn't "find" them again. I called "service" and they told me to buy a new Roku. That was the end of them. LOVE the Fire stick. It works with any of my Alexa devices, never have trouble "finding" it, and I don't have to keep re programming it every time I move. Highly recommend it and like it much better than Roku. AND, Amazon has amazing actual customer service and beat the heck out of Roku's "service".
