good
||Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review. The fire stack I got from the store was easy to install with the exception of putting the batteries in the remote. For some reason the back of the remote would not come off. Once that was done the rest was a piece of cake

Surprised
||Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.I was surprised that the programs that were available could be accessed so easily. But the speed of downloading the desired programs that I was trying to watch was surprisingly slower than I expected. So, I took the fire stick back to Best Buy and exchanged it for Amazon fire box.

Had some problems
||Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.I was unable to add the apps I wanted onto this fire stick. Not sure why. I wound up trading it to a fire tv. Fire stick worked fine with preloaded apps tho so I'm still giving 4 stars. Most people though like install other apps.

Not what I expected
||Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.I like the Fire-stick, but it’s not what I texpected it to be ! It is worth the money to get an extra tv up and running for Netflix or Hulu. Only thing no local Chanel’s unless you purchase an app and pay a monthly fee.

Lengthy setup & does not support spectrum TV app
||Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review. After switching cable TV providers I decided to buy a fire stick for my rec room rather than have a cable box. I just wanted something I could stream Netflix & some live TV via the spectrum tv app. After a lengthy setup process I find out the fire stick does not support the spectrum tv app. I immediately returned it for a roku stick. The roku supports the spectrum tv app & setup was a lot quicker & easier too. The fire stick worked well but could not do what I needed it to. Just verify whatever apps you intend to run are supported. Best buy was great in allowing me to exchange it but save yourself the hassle & do your research first.
