Better than Chromecast
||Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.I purchased this for a spare TV in my garage. I have Google Fiber TV and didn't have a connection for a Fiber TV box. I purchased the Chromecast first. Google doesn't let you cast their TV app, the ESPN app, or the Fox Sports GO app to a Google Chromecast. I verified this limitation with Google Fiber TV support, and I exchanged it for this Amazon FireTV stick. I can sign into most of the apps on the Fire TV stick with my Google Fiber TV account for free. Overall it works well. I wish it didn't take as much time to switch back and forth between apps. Also, some apps require you to login on another device frequently which can be annoying. Satisfiyed with it for a spare TV, but not enough to cut the cord!

Some Glitches
||Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review. It seems to drop signal at times, or restart on its own, so this issue could be fixed. Also, it does not let me search within an app using Alexa. Instead of typing something in the search bar, it would be nice to be able to use voice to fill in some of the stuff.
