I think that this works great if you don't already have a lot of wireless devices in your home. Ultimately, I ended up taking it back to get a FireTV and avoid wireless interference.

I bought this as a Christmas gift for my mother. She is not tech smart, but she has been able to use this without my help. This is a perfect option for a person who want a smart TV feature, but cannot afford a new TV.

I absolutely love my for stick! The voice recognition is great as well. I can stream Amazon Prime movies and shows, Netflix, and listen to music on Pandora. The price is extremely reasonable for all the items offered. The only thing I would change is the design. It isn't made for wall mounted televisions. One thing to think about is, where is your HDMI insert located on your television? My tv in the living room has the insert on the back of the tv, however in my bedroom it's located on the side of my tv which makes it easier to use.

I purchased this stick for TV streaming and am using Netflix and Amazon Prime. I love the voice command feature as well.

This is the best device ever I love it I have 3 so far and I have given them to friends as gifts if you don't have one already then too bad for you because they are sold out everywhere great job Amazon keep it up

It works great wireless on my older version HD Sony TV in my bedroom - a good distance from my router/modem/box. I love using it to watch Netflix, Hulu, etc. The Alexis feature to ask questions works pretty well.

I have bought one of these and the 4k version. All work flawlessly. The only draw back it send the voice search for movies and shows through IMDB. They are coming out with updates all the time to make it better.

Easy to setup and connect. Lots of apps available for this device. Converts your tv into smart tv. Price is great

This Amazon Fire stick has duel wifi making the speed faster over the first edition fire stick! The voice option is cool but I didn't really feel the need to use it. Great item to add to a tv that is not smart.

Bought the Fire Stick for a 12 year old who's parents happen to be Amazon Prime members and he loves it. Definitely makes a nice gift. Would go great with a Netflix gift card if you don't have Amazon Prime...

Definitely has a variety of movies, games, and apps only downside is you have to be an Amazon Prime member to take advantage of discounts on certain movies. Overall, I forsee eliminating a cable TV bill soon.

I got one of these over Christmas and use it all the time. The only thing i will say is that I dont really use the voice activation as much as I thought I would. No complaints so far. Mainly use Netflix on it.

I love this device. It's super simple to use. My favorite feature is the voice controlled remote. Works like a charm.

We asked a Best Buy Associate it our local store for help. We could not get Netflix to stream to our T.V. We tried everything and called every expert available to us. No one was able to help us. The associate in the store recommended the Fire Stick. Now we are able to get Netflix to stream to the T.V. with no problems.

I bought the fire stick to use in a spare bedroom where the tv does not have any cable box hooked to it. It has a lot of apps where you can watch tv shows, games ...etc. I am satisfied with my purchase.

Amazon Fire stick is revolutionary in its ability to open access to a multitude of media. My family has enjoyed this purchase more than any other purchase we've made this year. Best Buy's price was great and we received our order in a couple of days. The fire stick we purchase has the voice option so it makes it easy to use and we increased our internet speed so that we're able to get more power out of this little awesome stick. Great purchase, done with cable.

Great alternative to make your tv a smart tv, great price and works great...! Super small and easy to set up

Though the navigation is a little challenging for some older users, this is an overall good value for the price. All the typical apps are available and there's lots of content from Amazon (paid & free if you have Prime)
