The Amazon Fire TV stick is worth the purchase. It has a large amount of memory, a fast processor, and a great amount of content to view. The voice remote works great.

I love the sticks. But if you are buying this one with the upgraded remote just for kodi you won't need it. As the voice part is pretty useless unless you use YouTube on the Amazon side.

I purchased this for a second tv to watch the PlayStation Vue video service but it was too slow. Upgraded to the 4K Fire tv and all is well.

This is a handy way to find some very good shows - both free and for small fees. It gives you yet another way to watch movies and is especially great if you have an Amazon Prime account. Not sure why you would spend extra for other options if you like what Prime offers you already. A worthwhile $40 expenditure. The voice remote saves you the hassle of typing in your title...and it's worth it.

This fire stick is a total game changer. I got off cable awhile ago. This personal remote with voice is amazing. I can walk in door grab a beer push remote and say play " mighty mighty bostones",and boom music to my ears. Asking it scores of games ,and weather always keep me up to date. I've had chromestick but gave it to my buddy. Don't be fooled this is worth every penny if your a prime member.

Love the voice remote functionality. Nice and small so it fits right behind a tv.

Just pop in the fire stick to the HDMI connection, and plug it in, and you have yourself a smart TV, with out having to spend too much. And it does so much more.

I got this because on Christmas a family member brought one for us to play the games and it was so much fun for the whole family i needed to get one for my family

I am not big on watching TV. I bought this more for my kids to enjoy but with all the options avaliable we have all been able to enjoy it and spend family time.

After inserting the Amazon batteries that came with this instrument, it worked for about a minute, then died. I turned it off and on again, nothing. I unplugged it, waited few minutes, turned it back on, nothing. I then took the batteries out, tested them, and they both were no good. Replaced them with fresh batteries and it worked great. My advice: don't use the provided Amazon batteries.
