I purchased both the regular Fire TV Stick and the Fire TV Stick with Voice Remote when they were parts of a Deal of the day. They were both $10 off the regular price. Although the voice capability with the Voice Remote is a nice feature to have, it is not really a necessity. The Voice Remote lets you use Alexa. I like both products though. I have not tried other streaming devices so I have no comparison. I think the Fire Stick accomplishes what it advertises and it has a good price.

I've purchased about 5 of these and have them all around my house . This is hands down the best streaming device out there and great for travel

It’s easy to program and easy to download all the programs that you want it. I love my fire stick and I’m contemplating on purchasing another one for my bedroom. I just love it.

Very easy to use. Able to access tv, music, movies . Bought it as a Christmas gift and the recipient is very happy with it. Reccomended it to a friend who also bought it as a Christmas gift.

highly recomend if your on a budget but want an item to stream entertainment like netflix or hulu or others

The amazon stick has had a few issues, but overall it has been great! It has many options for apps and most basic apps used by most, but yes most apps you are required to pay monthly (ie Netflix, Sling Tv, etc). Pros: Great wireless connection Good speed while clicking through apps/music Solid set of apps to chose from Cons: On occasion it has reset itself during a movie The remote has lost connection, but easily reconnects

I fully expected this product to perform like chromecast. Surprisingly, this is so much more than just a casting tool. This is loaded with great tools and world's great with Amazon Echo.

I have a FireTV stick in every room of the house. I got the Voice remote for the living room and so far seems to work great. Not sure if it's just me but it seems to load faster than the normal FireTV stick.

Had a google chrome before and did not like it. The Amazon stick is so much better and very easy to install and use. Voice activation works very good. Would recommend this device to all.

Purchased to turn a non smart TV into something I could watch Netflix, etc. on. This is easier to use than my TV that came already smart.

The stick works really well I got it when I cancelled my cable tv and switched to PlayStation vue. I chose it over other brands because I have amazon prime and 2 amazon tablets my kids use so all the prime video and audio content is automatically on the main menu. Plus I found out all the pictures and videos from my kids tablets were also automatically added. I've had it for 3 weeks and it did get hot once and turned off. Maybe the fire tv is better in that regard.

I heard about this from a friend and have been able to drop Netflix and my cable box with just a few tweaks to the device. It's awesome.

I use the Fire TV stick with Sling TV, Netflix and Hulu. The experience with Netflix and Hulu have been very good. The Fire TV accesses both Huli and Netflix quickly. Navigating through the two streaming services works well. I have also streamed content from PBS and CBS Sports, including the Super Bowl, and the device worked great. I have the Fire TV Stick with voice access, and that has worked very well. I have had some issues with Sling TV, but that appears to be related specifically to Sling, not the Fire Stick. The user interface is decent, but I find my Apple TV easier to use and navigate through. The settings section is OK, but I found it a little confusing at first. Overall, a really decent product.

Sleek easy set up comes with adapter hdmi for tvs with hard to reach use hdmi ports lots of access to content thru apps only complaint is no quick way to combine access of content and the different apps

I like the firestick. As with anything Amazon related it works just has detailed. Having the voice remote is a plus it's an added convienmce versus manually looking for the letters on the screen.

The Amazon - Fire TV Stick with Voice Remote was easy to install and easy to use. No longer paying high cable bill and have access to all the tv shows and movies I could want.

This little thing is so easy to work with and the quality of it is great. Turn my regular tv into a smart tv now. Great alternative gadget with good price point. I am getting one for my mom too

this is one of the best streaming device in this size, you can take it anywhere and the quality is excellent, the best is you can install Kodi. the remote control is excellent

Love this device. Easy to set up and the voice remote really makes it easy to find movies or TV shows/series that I want to watch. I quit the cable company and saves me a lot of money! So many things to watch and you can even set up your list of shows you want to watch and list for other family members too! Really easy to navigate through your home computer and this is even faster than on TV Screen. Love it.
