Greatest add-on for your tv

You can watch your tv provider on it without having to rent a cable box. You can stream any show/movie through 3rd party apps. Can be used for games, movies, screen sharing from mobile and many other uses.

There is a short delay for buffering at times but not an issue for me. I am an Amazon Prime member and there are a lot of free movies and other shows to watch. I also use it for YouTube videos and it works great.

Cutting the Cord

I recently suspended my account to give Amazon Fire TV a try. I'm still in the process of learning this tool & how to get the most out of it. I'm finding that you still need to pay for some of the services that I would like to continue enjoying. Jury is still out!

We researched the various options for streaming devices and decided we like the interface on the Amazon Fire better than the others on the market. It works great and we are saving over $100 per month on our tv bill.

Excellent Substitution for Cable or Satellite

I hate paying monthly to the cable and satellite providers for most of which I do not watch anyway. This way, I get to choose what I watch and there are many free choices from Amazon Prime as well as good selection of new release movies for rent and sale.
