Amazon Fire TV with 4K Ultra HD and Alexa voice remote works great. The setup is easy and has access to the Prime Video library plus multiple streaming apps.

Very nice product! Needs more free apps! Not a fan that you can't use an Ethernet cable.

Purchased The Firestick so we could cut the cord with AT&T U-Verse. So tired of paying over $300.00 per month for U-Verse. We have been satisfied with the Firesticks so far, most of the channels we watch can be seen live with this product. Much easier to use than our Apple TV & with HULU we can watch TV live. Hopefully TLC, NBC & ABC will be live here as they are already available in other markets. Have to purchase one for each TV in the house & instructions say you can run 2 at one time. Hasn’t been a problem so far running two in different parts of the house but I have noticed when walking from one area of house to another that one is about 30 seconds behind the other. Could be the internet service but not sure. All in all $39.99 per month for HULU & the initial investment for Frirsticks we should be saving a considerable amount of money per month.

Added this new Fire TV to go with the last generation model I have. This one is smaller and easier to take along when we travel. At half the original and current price, it was a great deal.

It’s decent, faster than the firestick. But seems slower than previous generation.

Since Google has yet to come out with a streaming stick, I went with these on a great deal. One negative off the bat (and speaking of most streaming sticks) is the remote's lack of an IR blaster and volume controls, making it necessary to use two remotes. I understand Amazon is now the first major player in this game to fix this problem, but this system comes with the old remote. I like the app selection, but the lack of Google apps is a pain. I can't get Youtube TV for example. Also, the voice search is very spotty. Sometimes you get no results, sometimes it will allow a web search and others it will decide what it thinks you want instead of listening to what you're saying. Otherwise, it is relatively smooth and hassle free to use, and a solid option for cord cutters, at least until Google comes out with an affordable streaming stick.
