Exetremly easy to setup and provides great streaming for the many apps that I use.

Good streaming device. My older 4K tv doesn’t have HDR so I’m not getting the full effect. Have not yet synced with my echo to get hands free operation which is my main goal. Interface is much better than built-in streaming.

A little disappointed in Amazon for rolling out this device. My first big complaint is that Amazon does not include the ethernet adapter with this device. You will have to spend an extra $15+tax if you want the adapter (which I highly recommend because the higher speeds you get and will need for streaming, especially 4K). They could have also added a usb & memory card slot to this device. I do recommend it only if you have a 4K TV. Otherwise, the less expensive Fire TV Stick will work fine.

I had heard about the Firestick some time ago but never found the time to check it out. Once I did, I noticed that it had great reviews and that it would enable me to accomplish my primary objective - cutting my cord with cable. Yes. I took the plunge and haven't looked back since (and now saving over $75/month!). This is a great device. Easy to use, Highly recommend pairing it with the Slideclick.

I like the ease of the fire stick, just plug into hdmi port on tv and follow the steps to setup. Picture quality is excellent.

This is my second Amazon Fire device and usual, the streaming features are so easy to navigate. Still exploring all other features like adding and installing apps.

The Amazon 4K TV is a solid product if you pay for TV viewing services like their Amazon Prime, Netflix, etc. The device itself seems fine and the user interface is not too bad, nor is any delay in accessing menu screens, etc. What I do not like is the fact that you must enter some kind of payment type while setting it up. So if you plan on using the device for free - yes, you can, but you have to enter some kind of payment type (of course, credit card is the most convenient, but I always hesitate on doing that). Fortunately, your credit card is not charged for any service you do not buy (caution: it is very easy to buy services using these products). Of course, if you do not buy any paid service or movies through the device or Amazon website, and do not have a subscription with Netflix, Hulu, etc., you cannot access any paid service. Having said that, without a paid service, I doubt if you will find any content offered at the 1080p, and certainly not 4K. So save yourself some money and get the basic Amazon Fire product or even better, a Roku, instead of this product. But if you are rich, which I believe this product better targets, go ahead and get this model. It is likely that the picture will be gorgeous on your shinny new 4K UHD OLED TV - ENJOY! There is no choice in the recommend question below for "maybe" or "it depends" so I just checked "Yes." Nothing wrong with the product, you just have to have money to make the full use of it.

I purchased due to the sale just to see what the layout and interface. Considering all the TV's we have the amazon prime app on them i did not experience anything different. The layout is nice and the access to navigate the apps are easy. The 4k picture was transmitted clear and nice. If you can catch this on sale it is a good buy. I still prefer the Roku over the fire stick.
