Usually they sell for $70-$80 and this was on sale for half that. Plus, I had a $25 gift card so I couldn't beat what I paid for it. It works great. We use it to stream netflix and have not had any issues - we even cancelled our cable, so the savings continue!

Without the Fire device, we could not access Amazon Prime and we couldn't listen to Netflix or Prime on our sound bar. We tried a Roku device and there were compatibility issues. Being able to verbally request a progam or show is a nice feature that works most of the time.

I have an older Samsung TV that still looks great but is not a smart TV. It is now with this fire stick! I am almost thinking about canceling cable because I spend the most time watching stuff through my fire stick!!!!

Good for some 4K
