Was looking for a temporary solution to connect to DirectTV now and other streaming apps and this device works like a charm. Setup was a breeze and with DirectTV now it works like a champ picture quality is amazing and it made cutting the cord easier.

Got this on a whim bc they came out on shelf while i was there. Harder and mor in depth to jailbrak and no wired function.

I didn’t expect the amount of difference between this Fire TV and an older one I own, but it’s like night and day. The picture quality is so clear and sharp, it has practically no lag time. I’m using it almost every day. Highly recommended.

Cutting the cord and initial results are very positive. Install was quick and easy. Remote works well but requires some practice navigating the screens in selecting content. Streaming does not offer numeric keypad use for programming selection.

Our family decided to free ourselves from Cable!! This Amazon - Fire TV with 4K Ultra HD and Alexa Voice Remote fits our needs. We really like the voice remote and this item works as intended. We actually bought a total 3 for our home. No regrets!

Better than the Firestick, a little harder to load with apps, but works great.

I got this Amazon Fire TV and it was so great that I no longer need cable.. the wave of the future is that stream everything and this has the capacity and function to do both! This made for a perfect addition to my fully integrated Smart Home

This is the newest (at the time of purchase) fire TV box. It is as the precious edition with 4k. It doesn't have the expandable storage card availability, but there are ways around that. Other than that, it is a great device.

Being able to bring this wherever and whenever is amazing. I will buy again.

This box was so easy to set up! In no time at all you will be up and running. The fire tv is pretty easy to navigate and offers a lot of choices. The only negative is that the remote don’t offer more controls for volume control or to turn tv on or off, but with that being said it is still a pretty good deal.

Bought a couples to replace last years's full Fire TV boxes (2nd generation, with better hardware supposedly). The pictures are much smoother for HD HomeRun Tuners, with no blurring scrolling headlines shown with channels, such as CNBC.

Great way to bring the family together on Friday nights and watch movies!

If you have someone like myself that can program them they are awesome and you can watch anything and everything you can imagine. Also works well if you are an Amazon Prime Member because you can watch all of the Prime content even in UHD.

I am happy that I bought this 4K fire TV. I was looking for another one but it looks like there is a 2018 4K fire stick now. I wonder if there is a 2018 version of the 4k fire TV too? or maybe the stick replaced the fire TV now?

Best investment ever! I cut the cable after one week of purchase, you must download THE DOWNLOADER” once we did this we have unlimited options. All five friends I recommend this product to cut the cable within one month!

This device is amazing if you are cutting the cord from cable or satellite for your TV service. We can now pay for exactly what we want or if we wait a day or two we can stream the shows for free using our favorite network app.

The fire TV is a nice little device that streams well when the settings are tuned right. It's small form factor fits well behind any T.V. and the Wifi connection works fine although Not being able to connect to Ethernet or use USB /Micro SD media without extra accessories knocks a star off for me.
