They both loved the slim nature, the feeling of the surface, and the lighting control. And yes, some do need another device. While you can download the app on your phone, most of us end up distracted by other apps. With a dedicated device, both of them are already on their 2nd and 3rd books. I also like that I am not tempted to check IG or email and can read myself to sleep without a nightlight.

I was having trouble opening it, which turned out to be quite simple once the technician showed me how to push the right buttons. She was very pleasant and helpful, and I appreciate her respectful treatment of an older customer who doesn't fully understand today's technology. Thanks!
