Easy to use once you figure out how - especially like the ability to enlarge font - Disappointed it did not come with instructions for use

This was absolutely the best gift to give to my twin 20 year-olds. They both loved the slim nature, the feeling of the surface, and the lighting control. And yes, some do need another device. While you can download the app on your phone, most of us end up distracted by other apps. With a dedicated device, both of them are already on their 2nd and 3rd books. I also like that I am not tempted to check IG or email and can read myself to sleep without a nightlight.

This is my third Kindle, and I use it a lot. I was having trouble opening it, which turned out to be quite simple once the technician showed me how to push the right buttons. She was very pleasant and helpful, and I appreciate her respectful treatment of an older customer who doesn't fully understand today's technology. Thanks!

This kindle is nice to carry and actually fits in my back pocket. Great for its price and the battery life is pretty long.
