    Purchased this to replace Paperwhite I bought in Sept. of 2021 which died on me after 1 year, 1 month and out of warranty. This model is a little bigger and so far has been better displaying pages and responding to commands although still a little glitchy at times.

    Worked great for about one week then it froze on the Lock Screen. We were unable to get it unfrozen and was unable to hard reboot. It turned into a literal paperweight. 1 star due to the battery life which lasted a week while we waited for it to deplete.

      1. Press and hold the power button until either a power dialog box appears or the screen goes blank.
      2. Continue holding the power button for 40 seconds, then release.

    Great little e-reader, but entirely locked into Amazon's ecosystem of kindle unlimited or purchasing from their ebook store. Their are ways to send pdf's and books from libby, but clearly a second thought.
