This is a great entry to the Kindle world of products. But the Oasis is my Kindle of choice now.

Bought this for my daughter-in-law she was getting headaches from her last e reader. She loves the light on this paper white.

The pages look like actual pages from a book to allow for easier reading. Bought this for my mother in her 60's and she loves it!

I absolutely love this little device. I grabbed the audio adapter for it and use it constantly. It works well to say the least.

I purchased the original Paperwhite when it was first released. This was an update for me. The only thing that has changed is we now have the option of a white background. This is a tremendous change for the better. This is worth the money.

As usual, Amazon does a great job of making the Kindle - this was for my wife and replaced her previous Kindle. Awesome product.

Best reader i think for the price. The only thing amazon needs to work on is the user experience. Make it a little easier to use.

I have both the Nook and now this Kindle paperwhite eReader. The page turning on the kindle seems to be smoother. I really like it. The only negative I have is there is a shadow at the bottom of the screen and I don't have that on the Nook

Perfect reader. Low back light means no eye fatigue. Could read all day and night if anyone wrote something new and interesting

I purchased this as a gift for my daughter. It is the most used gift ever. don't have to worry about apps or internet in her room at night. just reading. Reading anywhere, any time. I do wish it was easier to set up and load e-library books.

I do most of my ebook shopping through my library, but when I do buy them I always use Amazon. I've always loved the Kindle e-readers and have owned almost all the models since the very first one. I just wish they would make this waterproof.

So far this kindle works great. Have used it in the dark and on the beach and have no visibility problems! Very satisfied.

This is my 2nd Kindle and I love the Paperwhite. I love being able to read with very little or no outside light.
