    Works perfectally. Bought for my wife. The backlighting makes it easy to see. We haven't tried it in bright sunlight yet. My only disappointment is that it is not a tablet, It is only a reader unlike the Kindle fire.

    Like it better than the keyboard one. No need for a case with light the brightness adjusts which makes it nice.

    As strictly an ebook, probably can't be beat. The internal illumination really is critical for all-around use.

    Less money than other kindles with almost all the same features. You save money with the model that allows advertisements which, are apparent only when you start each time. Once you are reading there is no interference.
