Staff at Customer Service is really unhelpful

I went to a store at Christianburg VA and clearly told the staff that I only want an exchange, not a refund. It turned out that the ppw ran out of stock in that store. And they didn't help me order a new one, but instead return the product without my agreement...

Great for someone who doesn't have alot of books

This kindle doesn't show all my books that are in my cloud..it doesn't matter that they aren't in my device but they should still show up in my cloud...I have to go to my amazon account and transfer the book I want to my device.
