I didn't find the e-reader easy to navigate and actually found it confusing. I have an older model and that one is easier to navigate. The new one was skipping pages sometimes also.

I wanted a Kindle with a light feature for reading in bed at night. Had I done my homework, I would have purchased a Kindle with more bells and whistles.

Easy to read,very sensitive to touch. Still can't figure out how to get a new book onto the device. The on/off button is tiny which presents a problem as l have long nails. Too technical for a "book"

I would opt for an iPad rather than the Kindle just because of the ease of researching books by authors etc. the only advantage of the Kindle is the attractive comparative price.

I love reading so this e-reader works really well for me. I just wish it was a little bigger. I was used to another e-reader that had a larger screen. Otherwise, it works!

Love my kindle take it every where but the pricing on books needs to change back to when I had my original. So stupid bpks cost more electronic then paper

love reading books on my kindle. never thought I would because I like holding books. The screen cracked which made me sad, but overall I am enjoying it.

I've had this Kindle since Christmas 2017, and it is still going strong. I've never had any problems with it, it charges great, still holds a charge for weeks at a time, and I can read it just about anywhere. To be fair, I haven't tried reading it in very bright daylight, but I do read it on the train on my daily commute, which means the potential for glare through the windows. I recently had surgery, which has kept me in bed pretty much all day, so I'm reading it a lot more than I did, and the battery is still holding up just fine. I will keep using this thing until it won't take a charge anymore. VERY HAPPY with it, and I'm just fine without all the bells and whistles (i.e., the Kindle Oasis)

I still haven't been able to figures out my kindle, it seems like it has very cool features but learning slowly how to take take full advantage of it.

Still adjusting...had kindle fire and liked the ease of touch for turning pages, definitions and location in book. Paper weight is Much more difficult to maneuver, doesn't seem to be as touch sensitive as the fire. I have to repeatedly touch screen to get page to turn and definition accessibility also takes more work. Also, bookmarking doesn't seem to stay on page.

Smaller than I thought it would be. Would return it, but checked out as a Guest and can't track down my order info to return...

The charging port broke really fast and it sucks that you cant download youtube on it. Dont buy. Maybe for books? Maybe.

Worked good but just was not exactly what I was looking for. I honestly just prefer a book

The screen was small for me and I couldn't access a website with free ebooks. I ended up taking it back and read on my iPad now.

I purchased this Kiindle to replace the one I have enjoyed for years, but refused to take a charge. I found the touch screen to be overly sensitive on the new one. In addition, the home screen is so filled with advertising that it made it difficult for me to access my library. In general I found this Kindle so difficult to use that I returned it and purchased a battery kit for my old one.

My wife wanted this for her bday. She uses it everyday but no color screen, I don't think wi fi. Happy wife happy life.

Paper white does not allow you do use books from the library as you cannot load apps. Only books from Amazon are available to read.

Operating system is pretty clunky. Touch screen pretty slow to respond by comparison to most screens today.

I ordered online and picked up the same day at the store. purchased for a gift, have no personal use of this item.

The Version with the light is the way to go. A case is a must the screen can easily be scratched. over works as intended
