Amazing battery life and beautiful screen. My friend I are all like it.

lightweight and easy to read indoor or outdoors no light to full light.

I was pretty hesitant at first when looking to purchase a Kindle. There is just something about having a physical book in your hands while reading and seeing the progress in how far you've gotten into the book. Being a person who is always reading on the go, at work, and in the dark at home when others are sleeping, the Kindle has been awesome.

This is a much improved Kindle reader than ones made 3 or 4 years ago. Much more user friendly

I've had a few different Kindles since they were introduced and this is my favorite model by far. I love the way they lit - makes it much easier to read in the dark and outside versus reading on a tablet or a phone. The kindle lasts for months or a few books on one charge and is such a great way to have my books always with me on the go.

Love it. Have been using this Kindle for years. Just download books off of Amazon and your reading in no time. Great little product for the money.

Kindle works really well in sunlight, there is no glare. Very easy to use and navigate.

It does what was expected and glad I got thisbinsteadbof the next level up because of the difference in features is not worth the difference in price.

OK, so I wore out the buttons on my old Kindle and my family bought me a new one for Christmas. On the whole I like it but some of this stuff is stupid. The battery does NOT last for WEEKS as advertised (unless perhaps you read your device 10 min a day). The light is kind of nice but beware, if you use it you will go through the battery even faster. Be prepared to leave the thing in airplane mode unless you are actively downloading or synching. Again, the light and the network will chew through the battery faster than you can believe. Oh, be prepared to pay the ransom fee to get rid of the adds on the lock page. As far as I can tell you can't find one with no ads so either put up with them or pay the piper. If my old one had not worn out on me I would not have gone to the trouble of coping with this new thing. As seems typical I've paid for a bunch of useless bells and whistles with a reduced battery life. But, it's got a small footprint and lots of storage space. Perhaps in a year or so some 3rd party will put out an extended life battery that I can install myself.

I have one of the first kindles and had to use a attached light if I read at night. This paperwhite is perfect for that as well as the perfect size. I absolutely love it!!

This is a great product for someone who wants to switch from paper back books to electronic media. Great to read while outside or on the beach

The kindle is lightweight, no glare and worth reading a good book on. They have a good product.

I bought this kindle on the way to the beach. I have an iPad but the glare is so bad. This has been great. I use it all the time outside.

Must have if you like to read on a tablet. Easy on the eyes and battery last a long time!

This is our second Kindle. We got this one because it is significantly better for reading in the sun. Our old Kindle didn't work well outdoors. We are VERY pleased with this new one.
