Nice buy, great resolution I dimmed lighting Weight is good too

Great reader, perfect size and weight, fantastic battery life.

Absolutely love my Kindle Paperwhite! It goes with me wherever I go (in the cargo pocket of my shorts right now) so that I always have my book with me when I have a few minutes. The reading experience is great and the e-ink screen is very clear with or without the side lighting for night time reading. I had been using the Kindle App on an iPad Mini previously and, while the iPad has a great screen, I would notice that I was getting eye-strain, especially with night reading, there's none of that with the Kindle. I also really like that I have my next book (or five) with me so that I don't "run out of book". As a voracious reader that matters!

Lightweight, easy to,use, great battery life. Have increased my reading substantially since getting it. Love the matte background, adjustable text size, and back lighting. So much better than trying to read on an iPad.

I have enjoyed using the reader since it is much easier to use and read from than the older kindle that I still have. The words are much easier to read in all types of light from no light to sunlight.

I had the original kindle with keyboard from 2010. The screen is so clear, page turns so fast and intuitive, and the front-lighting so easy on the eyes that I wish I had upgraded sooner. I paid the extra $20 to get rid of the “special offers”. Love that I can highlight passages with my finger. Overall perfectly done.

Love it. I like being able to read when the lights are off.

I'm a traditionalist who loves real books and buys mostly hardcovers. As a consequence, I resisted getting a Kindle for a long time. I'll have to admit now that I wish I'd gotten one sooner. A tremendous amount of research must have gone into the way readers interact with real books, because nothing about the Kindle gets in way of actual reading.

I think this model is better than the latest voyage model...

I've always been a fan of kindles but this one is the perfect size and weight to store in my bag. I'm very satisfied with this product #teamkindlepaperwhite.

This is my 3rd Kindle and the best one by far. I don’t miss having buttons to push - everything is on-screen - and the response time is fast. My only wish is that I could invert the screen colors from black text on a white background to white text on a black background. Overall, another excellent reader from Kindle.

I love this device more then I thought I would. It's slim and lightweight. Fits very nicely into my small purse. The resolution is great. I really like the built in light. I do miss the built in keyboard I had on my previous Kindle but I'm OK with that. It does not have the speaker either but I never used them to begin with. The key things for me were the price, resolution, font and built in light. This device met all my requirements. Additionally, I purchase all my electronics from Best Buy and have loved the service I have received each and every time. They have truly earned my continued loyalty.

I love my kindle paper white. So much better for your eyes than reading on a phone or kindle fire. Runs great and has a long battery life.

This is my first kindle. I used to enjoy reading books, but I found it really convenient to read on kindle. It's so friendly to my eyes, and the battery lasts long enough for me. Really like it!

Excellent product. KINDLE/Amazon has an extensive library of books to choose from. Love the Back light. Light weight and excellent for travel when you don't want the weight of books but want your books to read.

When my old kindle died I purchased the Paperwhite. Great for reading! Much lighter weight than previous one. Now able to read in sunlight without difficulty and am able to use with another source of light.
