My Kindle is great! Easy to use, works great in the dark or sunlight.

Buying the I pad was fadt and easy . And even tho I was told it was a hot item you had it in stock, it was 3 day hefore Christmas.

I've had a gen 2 Kindle for years and bought this one for my wife. She likes reading in bed and the light is the perfect addition.

I now own two of these. I can rotate them for loading books for my mother and I to read. I travel and it makes it easier to share.

This is my third eReader in past 7 years . And Kindle paper white is my favorite . Enjoyable and clear reading no matter what the llight is even in bright beach sun or subdued night time reading . Touch screen page turning and menus are a delight . Access to Kindle store for book downloads and plenty of storage for many books are just some of the great features .

This replaced my 5 year old keyboard unit which died after hitting the floor. I expect this will be every bit as good. Kindle is my favorite reader.

I love that I can have a ton of books on it without worrying about running out of space. It's also handy because whenever I finish a book, I can immediately start the next one. The Kindle itself is easy to use and extremely easy to figure out. My grandmother, who is technologically challenged, was able to figure it out no problem.

The Kindle Paperwhite is, hands down, the best e-reader out there. Text is sharp and clear. No glare. Simple to use. I'm reading more than ever.

If you like to read, this is an excellent choice. Battery life is weeks even with the backlight in use. Contrast is great both inside and in direct sunlight. Most municipal libraries have loads of free books in the kindle format so the device effectively pays for itself in short order.

I have been reading on my iPad for a number of years but grew tired of the glare and the weight. My husband purchased this for me as a gift and while I still love my iPad for many things, I will ALWAYS prefer my paperwhite for reading. So light, glare free and portable. I slip it into my bag all the time, just in case.

Bought this Kindle for my wife for her birthday. She loves it. She can easily download books on to it. She also loves being able to read her books sitting in the sun by the pool. My favorite thing about this Kindle is that my wife no longer has to keep the bedroom light on at night as this Kindle enables her to read in the dark!

I love the size and the clarity is excellent! It's exactly as stated in the promotions--I can read in the car and outside in the sunlight without difficulty. Very very user friendly. I previously used the Barnes & Noble Nook. Definitely prefer this for my e-reader.

It is a little bit heavier then I expected, especially if you hold it for long. And I don't really like the flash when changing pages...Yet, it is much better then iPad or mini if you are reading an e-book. I bought it for my pregnancy cause I can read books while breast feeding~

I am truly amazed at the difference in reading on the Kindle Paperwhite and my iPad. I was unable to the use the iPad out of doors no matter what setting I used. I can read the Paperwhite in all light settings. It is also extremely lightweight and easy to hold. The lighting is also very soothing when you are reading before going to sleep.

Yes most people have iPhones and tablets to read on but I find it easier to focus and the new paperwhite screen is crystal clear in any light.
