Works as advertised, I can access titles through amazon and uploaded pdf files quite easily. Its illuminated well for comfortable reading and easy too navigate and change font and sizing.

The experience and customer service with Best Buy was excellent. The product on the other hand we had to return because there was something faulty on the amazon side with the product. We also had to return 2 of them through Amazon before my wife got one that actually work right.

I decided I needed a dedicated reader as my 10-inch tablet was a bit unwieldy. I was a little disappointed that it is not a color reader for the sake of the book covers, but the pages of the books and the reader's ability to adjust to the ambient light make for a very comfortable and pleasant experience.

Love my kindle! I’ve read 2 books already and it was purchased for Christmas. Best Buy made the experience great! Amazon kept delaying my order. I went right to Best Buy and picked it up same day
