    I have a few tiny dead pixels but they are very unnoticeable for the most part. The screen seems like it might have the very tiniest bit of yellowing but not nearly as much as many people are having, mine is barely noticeable.

    BB sent UK version of Kindle

    My beef is with BB, not Kindle. Bought a Kindle from BB online in September for Christmas gift. When opened on Christmas day, found out it was a UK version. BB Chat was no help. All I wanted was to exchange it for a US version. BB Chat said to take it to a BB store and take it up with them. I didn't think I had to argue with BB to exchange a UK product they sent me for a US product. There was no option on the BB site to choose a UK version or US version. Also, the Kindle does not have a way to select US on the Kindle. BB has a LOT of my money. Used them for kitchen remodel'S and house stereo systems.

    My daughter has a hard time reading. So I purchased this kindle because they said this is one that will read to her and highlight the words as it reads. No one can show me how this works or get it hooked up to work. I have taken it back to Best Buy twice and no one has been able to get it to work

The feature you are referring to requires a Bluetooth headset to connect to your device for the screen reader option to work as the device itself does not have any physical speaker. You can find screen reading options under Accessibility or under the Menu icon when inside the book you are trying to read. You are also able to use audio book options in this way through Audible where you can read along with a book while it is professionally narrated. This option may require a purchase of both the Kindle and Audible version of some books or can sometimes be coupled with a Kindle Unlimited and Audible subscription service.     First of all, the workers were great and solved all my issues and return perfectly. As for the product…after a day or two it was so yellow it gave me a headache. And it was 0 in warmth. I had to return it. I was sad, because it was definitely faster and smoother than my 2021, but if i cant read it, it doesn’t matter.

    Didn't work had to return it, then they dont carry it in the store so it would take another 2 weeks to get. I decided not to get it through best buys
