I was recommended to purchase the “paperwhite” version from friends and BB staff. Pitched fit my wife, she really enjoys. Perfect size, back-lighting, screen font when reading while on treadmill.

The experience and customer service with Best Buy was excellent. The product on the other hand we had to return because there was something faulty on the amazon side with the product. We also had to return 2 of them through Amazon before my wife got one that actually work right.

The Kindle was a great gift for my wife. She loves to read and she loves how easy it is now with he Kindle. She can even rent books from the local library

Love it. It is really fast. Maybe too fast when you are going to the next page and it goes two pages. Just takes getting used to!

I decided I needed a dedicated reader as my 10-inch tablet was a bit unwieldy. I was a little disappointed that it is not a color reader for the sake of the book covers, but the pages of the books and the reader's ability to adjust to the ambient light make for a very comfortable and pleasant experience.

Wife loves it as she upgrade from the one she had for the last 7-8yrs! Earned some easy brownie points with this spontaneous gift.

Happy with this product easy to carry around and manage. Wish I got the one in color but other then that it's worth it

I got this Kindle for my wife and she absolutely loves it! We were definitely on the fence because she loves the physical book more than tablets however, after making some setting adjustment, she’s absolutely loving it!

This Kindle is fantastic. Pages turn seamlessly and the appearance is beautiful. 32gb is definitely overkill, but at least i will never have to worry about running out of storage!
