This leather case provides superb protection for my Amazon - Kindle. The purple color makes it easy to distinguish from my spouses Kindle.

I like the color. Also, the case does a good job helping to protect the Kindle Paperwhite. I also like the automatic wake when opened and sleep when closed.

I actually didn't like the look of it when I first saw it. It looked really flimsy and cheap plastic like. So I didn't buy it. Some time later, my kindle is getting scratched and not looking good so I just went to bestbuy and just got it because there were not many other choices. I thought it's better than letting my kindle damaged. But was I pleasantly surprised! Once it's on, it's sturdy, looked like a leather case and gives a nice weight to it. Front flop has the magnet that closes and opens without flimsy feeling and when it opens, kindle turns automatically.

This case is great! I don't have any complaints other than the fact that I wish it came in more of a variety of colors. Slim fitting, easy to put on, and protects wonderfully!

After doing a lot of research going back and forth with different third party brands, the original manufacture Amazon OEM Kindle Paperwhite Leather cover was the way to go. It is of how quality materials and light that fits the latest generation paperwhite (2015). The magnetic clip acts as a sleep/wake feature as advertised. I carry my kindle with me everywhere since I'm a bookworm and this cover is very convenient. If you're okay with the MSRP price I would go for it, but if you want to save some money like I did, I waited for it to go on sale and got it for way below MSRP.

Great fit, durable case. Color options good. Costs more than online alternatives, but quality may be better.

Definitely effective protection for the Kindle Paper White without adding weight and bulk. In addition, the cover looks good.

Does a great job of beefing up protection of the device. I love magnetic flip cover to protect the screen. Very durable, very easy to install. Great value for the price.

This is a wonderful product. The fit for the Kindle Paperwhite is excellent. Provided excellent protection on recent trip - no scratches. Cover stays closed as it should.

If you're spending the money on the Kindle you aught to cough up the extra for a case for it unless it's just going to sit by your bedside. There's a lack of options for the paperwhite, it would have been nice to have other colors or styles. There was only the one.

I've been using this cover on my Kindle for the last three months and I like it. It unencumbered by lots of extras but it feels good in the hand and protects my device. I wish it was $5 - $10 cheaper but it's not so I give it 4 out of 5 Stars. Great cover, ok price = happy customer.

To me, my Kindle Paperwhite is the most important electronic device I own. It is the least costly device, but I have a very large library on it and was constantly concerned it was going to get damaged by our large dog. Thankfully, I received this as a gift from my fiancé and I couldn't have been happier. The Kindle fits snugly into the holder and then the flap works like any other cover for a tablet or whatnot. Super happy with the protection and the color is great too. Would vehemently recommend to anyone who loves their Kindle as I do mine.

Like how cover is light but very durable. Kindle paper white fits perfectly in it and is easy to handle with cover. Only wished their were more colors to choose...

I bought this for my wife's Kindle Paperwhite. This case is smaller and lighter than the case for her older Kindle which makes the new Kindle so much more compact.

Since this cover is made for the Kindle Paperwhite, it fit perfectly. It's light weight enough to carry but heavy enough to protect. Perfect choice for this Kindle.

I was looking for a cute, durable case for my kindle paperwhite. I didn't have to look long once I stumbled across this case. I loved the color and it has saved my kindle many times from falls. Would definitely purchase again

There isn't really a lot to say about this case other than it is perfect. It is made by Amazon especially for the device. My Amazon kindle paperwhite fits perfectly and it is made of leather and looks good. I like that the case when closed puts the device in sleep mode and wakes it up when you open it. It isn't bulky or anything like that and fits right into my backpack because I use my device mostly for school. The only change I would make is if there was a way to have it stand on its own so you could read the device and have your other hands to do things as you read it.

Nice slim case. It's a great cover for my kindle and I like the color. I also like the fact that it is light weight and is slim enough to fit into my back pocket.

This case is tailor made by Amazon specifically for the Kindle Paperwhite. It is sturdy and protective, while extremely light weight. The Kindle "pops" right into the protective backing, so there are no straps or anything covering the corners of the device. The front cover puts the Kindle to sleep and wakes it automatically when you close/open it. Feels nice in your hands, not cheaply made or flimsy. As with all good device covers, I feel the price is a bit too high. However, that doesn't change my opinion that this is really the only case one should consider if you own a Kindle Paperwhite.

I purchased this case for my kindle paperwhite and love the design and ease of use. It is a decent looking case and performs as it should. The magnetic sleep/wake function is a great feature and the case doesn't add too much bulk to the slim device.
