Nice case for the paperwhite. You'd think the price could be a bit better, but again, it is what it is and it fit's like a glove

Fits Kindle perfect, compact, turns Kindle off when you close it, nice leather, easy to hold while reading.

I have a smartphone ipod, ipad and laptop but they do not allow me to read effortlessly on the beach or out in the sun w/o glare. This is the ONLY product that works and it is perfect. My favorite device to relax and read comfortably.

I had no experience with a Kindle before I bought one and bought the cover simply because it was part of the package. But it is very useful as protection, otherwise the product would be susceptible to any number of unpleasant consequences like spilled coffee or - horror of horrors - having something placed on the product as if it were a coaster. I can imagine putting a coffee cup down on top of it without thinking, because it happened to be close to the keyboard. The cover forestalls that, because it definitely looks too expensive to use in that way.

Because my local Best Buy store did not have a purple Leather case for my new Kindle PaperWhite I bought at Christmas time, I purchased a black one and planned to return it for a pruple one when they came in stock. I exchanged it and I love the purple, but it does not have the tight closure as the black one did :( . I don't feel it has thesame total protection and battery savings as the black one did. ????

This case is nicely made and fits well. The automatic wake feature is convenient and reduces wear on the Kindle's power button.

I bought the cover when in conjunction with a Kindle Paperwhite. It provides excellent protection and doesn't add to the bulk of the ereader.

I love this because it fits perfectly and when I close it my Paper White turns off. I like the way it looks and that it protects my Kindle.

As a lifelong reader, but new and first-time Kindle owner, I had my doubts about the reading experience. It just didn't feel "right" in the hand. After having added this cover, I no longer have that feeling. Is very comfortable, and feels much more like a real book. Also turns the Kindle on when opened and off when closed. Again much like opening the cover of a real book to begin reading... and closing it when done. Very good product!

I feel like my reader is well protected. The texture is easy to hold and it is snug so you don't feel like it will slide off.
