I use this case to keep around the house and in a backpack to protect the Kindle, I do like to take it out of the case for using it when I'm reading though for the lighter weight and smaller form without having it attached. Nice to have it on the device if you're not at home. It's a bit of a pain to get out of the case when you're ready to remove it, but that's probably a good thing in case it's ever dropped. I think it's a bit pricey for what it is, but it does do the job probably better than any other case for this device out there.

Wanted something different than black. The purple is pretty and very well made. Love it!

I love my leather Kindle case. That it comes in purple, is just a bonus. It is lightweight yet durable. I like the hard cover as it gives my Kindle the protection it needs while in my tote bag or purse. It is a perfect match of beauty and function! Sleek and classic without a lot of goofy stitching or appliques.

Do not use your Kindle without this amazing case. It protects your investment while providing comfort and ease of use. No problems at all with fitting the case to cover the Kindle. It was a snap to put in place. I recommend this to all who purchase a Kindle. And it looks very nice. Enough said. Go get yours.

First of all, I LOVE the color of this case. It doesn't add much bulk to the kindle, nor too much weight, and fits it perfectly like a glove. The magnet keeps it closed, and the inside of the cover/door is soft, doesn't scratch. Really solid case, simple and elegant.

Excellent protection for the Kindle white paper. Kindle fits in easily. When the cover is closed the Kindle is put to sleep saving battery power. I can recommend without qualification. A friend recently purchased a Kindle and this cover base on our recommendation. She is also very satisfied.

This leather cover was designed by Amazon specifically forts PaperWhite product so, not surprisingly, it fits perfectly and offers lots of protection from scratches, etc. It does add some weight to the Kindle PaperWhite, but it's not a deal breaker.

It fits nice. Has a magnetic cover that turns the Kindle on when you open it. A bit pricey.

This case is small, light and easy to hold onto. It fits into my purse and is easy to carry.

I think this is a really good case for the Kindle Paperwhite. I protects well without being too bulky. When you open the case it turns on the device and when you close it, it turns off which is pretty cool. Overall, I think this its a good case, but it could be more reasonably priced.

Needed protection for my new Kindle and this was a good solution. Fits like a glove.

This is a superb cover for the Kindle Paperwhite. The Paperwhite snuggles down into the cover. It protects it well. It turns the Paperwhite on when you open the cover and off when you close it very cool feature. The only drawback is that is hard to get in & out of the case.

This kindle case is a great case. It turns on/off the kindle when the front cover is open/closed respectively. Took off one star because it cost almost half as much as the kindle itself.

it is sturdy and it hugs the device really well. Easy to and great for protection.
