The leather case was a very good addition to my Kindle purchase. I thought that it would be a light flimsy leather covering but to my surprise it is very strong and durable, almost like a hard-bound book cover covered in leather. When you shut the cover your kindle goes into a sleep mode and when you open it, you resume reading the last page that you were on.

Easy to install. Looks good and gives plenty of protection.

This case keeps the kindle safe without adding bulk. It fits the paperwhite perfectly!

I GOT THIS FOR CHRISTMAS WITH MY KINDLE PAPER WHITE E-READER. IT HELPS PROTECT IT FROM SCRATCHES AND EVERYTHING AND YOU CAN STILL CHARGE THE KINDLE AND EVERYTHING WITH THE KINDLE IN IT. IT ALSO STAYS CLOSED AND PUTS IT IN SLEEP MODE WHEN YOU CLOSE IT OR WAKES IT UP WHEN YOU OPEN IT WITH THE KINDLE INSIDE. ITS GREAT

Nice case but disappointed only 2 colors offered, purple or black. I would have preferred a brighter color or pattern, allowing it to stand out more.

Adds to the easy use of the kindle and is the best way to keep screen clean and safe

I bought this because I don't think I would ever buy a tablet, cell phone or in this case a Kindle E-reader without also buying a case to protect it' I always consider a case a part of the purchase price. I did not do any comparisons with other cases, I just grabbed it because it was available at the time. I am happy with the purchase though as it does the job and it's got the magnetic switch so that just opening the case turns on the Kindle. If I ever decide to buy a Kindle as a gift I would most definitely consider this case as an option to complete the gift. I only wish it was not so unnecessarily expensive.
