TV is great. But the only thing is that we have 2 identical TVs within 30 feet and you cannot turn the TV off without turning the other one on. Also changing channels too. The only way to do it is to use the blue Alexa button and say turn TV off. Then it goes off without turning the other on or changing channels the same. Sometimes it sucks when you want to be quiet when kids are sleeping because the TV will say OK turning TV off. Or I didn't understand that. Which then makes people wake up

I bounce back and forth between Amazon and Spotify and I have been using Amazon music more so lately. They are both great in their respective areas but in the case of this it was a promo for free Amazon time which kept me paying for them after the few months were up because it was worth it to me.

Good service to use music and great sound quality

Was amazing while it lasted ! Have a smart bathroom fan that has Alexa built-in. This is amazing whenever you have a long day at work and just need to zone out everything while you are in the shower or whenever the wife joins in on the shower. Tell Alexa to play any song and it curates stations with nothing but music by the artist. Be warned though , after the subscription is up , Amazon will charge you automatically. If you cancel , you might still have access to their free version , but with the free version it is essentially Pandora. Once your subscription expires If you say play music by 2pac , the first song will be by 2pac but after that it will play other artists that sounds like 2pac. With the subscription when you say play music by 2pac or whoever , it will play nothing but that artist.

Love having this resource so all I have to do is speak the name to my Alexa and it's on!

The service is great… all the services are great. Get what best suits your needs. If you’re all in on Amazon this is an excellent music service and still great if you’re not all in. It’s four stars because you have other option that offer similar features. To me none of the offerings out really stand out. So to me the choice is really up to you and what your preference is. I can’t think of any quirks or downsides, the service is great but no real standout features.

I had previously purchased the WB-XB910N headphones and while the audio quality was quite good, they were quite heavy and uncomfortable to wear for extended periods of time. These have much of the same features, though at a lower price point. They are quite light, and comfortable to wear, and the active noise cancelling/ambient sound controls make a noticeable difference in the listening experience. The playback and volume controls are easy to find and use, and the wired audio option and microphone are nice bonuses. Battery life is also more than adequate; one could easily get a couple days of use on a full charge. All in all, a quality product and a great value on sale.

Any perks you get from buying things is alwwys great

It's very good, but its competitors are better I also want to add a complaint to BestBuy for taking away my points that I had stored in the points bank. They removed them when they made the change from storing points to only credit card customers. I contacted support and they told me they would return them to me, but this never happened and in the end they just said they couldn't return them to me. I don't know if this was because I am a foreign customer (Mexican) but I find the treatment ridiculous when I have spent more than 20,000 dollars on their website. But well, I guess I will start looking for alternatives. Another complaint is about a Christmas purchase where I bought several video games for the family. I bought them confidently because they had an extended warranty for returns but they did not validate this warranty. They told me that it was not applicable to video games when the website clearly showed that those items had that extended period of time.
