Amazon music is a perfect add-on to my purchased item.

Pretty good but not as easy to use as Spotify and Apple Music. Find it difficult to use with speakers that do have Alexa capability. Great if you use exclusively with Alexa speakers.

DO NOT OFFER SOMETHING THAT DOES NOT WORK this program is very frustrating. after giving my billing information, it said to go to amazon link to verify. i went to verify and there is no link. i try to go back to check if i missed anything and the the original link is gone. today, i tried to resolve the issue and the representative named alfred had me on the line for about 35 minutes and then tells me to call amazon. i call them and spent another 25 minutes just to find out that they can't help me. he also says "i don't know why they would refer you to us about their subscription" so, i try their chat help and that does not work and wasted another 20 minutes because their response time is so slow. at this point i am just over it and call back to remove my credit information from everything because at this point i am done dealing with this BEST BUY company !!! when i get to someone that i can barely understand, they transfer me to three different call centers to get my request done. the last employee that i speak with tells me that all my credit info has already been taken off and that i am good. his name is jeff- employee A3038258 and when i ask him to send me an email stating it was removed, he REFUSED and told me that they had no capability to do so. then i proceeded with some choice words and he told me to EFF off too
