It is ok, there are a lot of songs they don't have

just ordinary music streaming not very interesting

Not impressed at all. This was my first and last experience with the Alexa gimmicks, and I’ve found it to be pretty terrible across the board. The whole experience from setup to execution felt clumsy/cumbersome and annoying. It’s been a frustrating and unreliable inconvenience that doesn’t even function as a regular old lcd display clock reliably! At least 3-4 out of 10 time check glances are met with some stupid looking symbol on the screen instead of the time. I finally unplugged it and repurposed it as a paper weight/lesson learned

I like this and would keep it, but will most likely nice. If it had a better price per month. This is as much as some steaming platforms. I will see how it goes after the 4 month trail. I do like to ask for a song and it comes up but dont know if the price is work it.

If I could give zero stars I would! I bought a Samsung S23 Ultra online at 2:15 pm. Waited a few hours then had to drive 1.5 hours to the store that had the order. I got there at 5:30pm..... i waited to be told at 8pm i wouldnt be getting my phone today. They made me come back the next day but then didn't want to give me the phone due to me not agreeing to sign a contract. THE PHONE WAS PAID FOR BUT THEY DIDNT KNOW HOW TO FINALIZE THE TRANSACTION..... SO AFTER ARGUING AND HOURS WASTED.... I GRABBED THE PHONE ACTIVATED IT MYSELF AND RECORDED THEIR IDIOTIC REMARKS BEFORE LEAVING! I WILL NEVER EVER SHOP HERE AGAIN!

Not the crazy best but its just like any platform.

I have never used the subscription before. I only listen to podcasts on amazon music and you don't need a subscription for that.

Absolutely the WORST experience I have had with Best Buy and Amazon. The registration process keeps going in circles. Tried calling BestBuy to be sure of the registration status. Got transferred 3 times only to be told that group does not work weekends. I am about ready to cancel my Best Buy Total membership Pretty well fed up with the offer. Do not waste your time,,,,,, whatever you think you are going to save is not worth it if you place a value on our time

The Samsong S22+ phone is a very good phone, especially the camera. But the battery is not so good. For no reason at all the battery suddenly become very hot, to get rid of the heat, I have to turn off the phone right away then turn it on again.

Died at just a year..reached out to sony and they did have me send them in to be fixed only to not fix the actual problem which was the case not holding a charge. They refuse to address the problem so i was out a pair of $300 earbuds.

If you call unlimited the same loop of 50 songs then by all means… I initially signed up 6 years ago at $6/month. Now at almost $20/month, give me a break - so not worth it, even with the free trial when purchasing products.

YouTube music is waaaaay better …………………………………………..

Wasn’t the greatest in audio quality.. UI is weird.. I would probably skip this and go to Spotify or Apple Music.
