It was a little confusing to navigate. I have Apple Music and it was just easier to use.

New to this service. I really like format layout. Can add playlist or look at recommendations. . Able to download also if no good internet signal. I listen to this service now a little more than others.

Motion detection is not as expected. It captures motion detection for <= 7 to 8 ft max. This is not good enough for security

It’s great to see Amazon’s collection to step up, they also have Hi-Fi collection with Dolby Atmos songs! But the collection is not like Apple Music or Spotify as it still has some missing Genres.

Happy that I gotta chance to try out the amazon music, but I’m not completely sure if I want to continue using it after my trail ends

When I didn't have a subscription I could only access certain songs. Now that I have a subscription I can ask to play any song regardless if it's new or not and I don't get denied to play a song.

I don't really care for Amazon music. There are no differences between this and other services.

I couldn't find all the music albums. This was free trial subscription so I will use for couple of months. Music quality is good.

I have been listening to the Amazon Music app for a few weeks now. I like it so much better than Spotify that I even cancelled my subscription for it. Take the free trial and find out for yourself.

I have tried several streaming services and I seem to always come back to Amazon Music. I like the selection of music and randomness. If you have Amazon prime it's easier to manage their services.

Difficult to set up. Got it free along with Amazon echo purchase. Wasn’t really a big deal I mainly use Apple itunes

Couldn’t get the darn thing to set up wouldn’t register so we lost out

amazon music has almost all the music than other platforms, the problem would be the speed of the application between changing songs or searching for it, the search is very slow compared to others

This is certainly no Spotify... Many smaller artists are listed incorrectly and thus hard to find

I got this with my TV but didn't really use it. Better streaming products exist.

Great music service. Better now that it includes access to more. I have Apple Music and amazon prime already so I’m good to go.

I got this free with my purchase. Downloaded some tunes that I could not find elsewhere. So I am happy with it.

Im just beginnning to see how much music this app has. I have enjoyed asking Alexa to play my favorite music artists and stations and Im learning some new stations and artists as well..

Bad experience I always buy here I bougth Echo dot 3 generation I paid my product and then you canceled because you dont have the product. What?. If you dont have the product why do you put on the page? And then you told me that I need to wait from 1 day to 15 days give me money back... what? That's is your fault no was my fault. Unbeliveable so sad.

We are too old to understand this and Siri music we are being billed for so a clearer message directed to people our age in setting up the unit would be helpful. I’m not sure how I got to extra billing or the free 4 months music but asking Alexa to play songs we want are alone worth it and have enjoyed this part that we were able to get is wonderful.
