Not that great of an app. Music selection is hard to find and then the features are not easy to access.

Many thx to bb for the trial. I am an Apple guy. I have now tried apple music, YouTube premium and Amazon music. The last is by far the worst. The interface sucks, the catalog has yawning gaps and the algorithmically generated playlists are comically bad. I would rather use YouTube premium at double the price than get Amazon music for free. Thanks for playing, Jeffy.

This is great if you don’t have any other music subscriptions. I have Apple Music which is also great. I’m going to keep using Amazon music for a few months to see which I prefer

Love the old rock and roll and be able to get my own playlist. Good selection and easy to load and play. Being able to play on more than one device is a really nice option too.

Pretty okay, but the music choice could be better convenient to use a few times with Alexa.

The amazon music app was not well optimized in my opinion. Maybe it's just because I'm used to spotify, but I didn't like the layout of the UI and the buttons to navigate to the album of a song etc. weren't very intuitive for me. It also seemed slow, lots of buffering.

Amazon Music sucks. Poor sound quality and it was very sung you would want to hear is in the "premium" version which cost even more. I'll stick to Tidal.

The app isn’t hard to use and it’s awesome how you’re able to fix the audio to your liking. Battery life is excellent as well. Not only that but it doesn’t take long to charge.

I have prime and music comes with it. So evrn thought I didn’t havd to redeem this, i know how good the service is. And its getting bettery by the day with more collections.

Biases review. I not a fan of anything Amazon as a corporation, amd it gets easier to avoid them with the quality of their products and services declining

Got it as freebie from the other purchase. No issue on activating the service. Sound quality seems pretty decent comparing to the other streaming service, but not outstanding.

4 months of music streaming for free. Not bad. Ive been paying it for years, so I can't use this item specifically

Very friendly and supportive staff. They guided me through the whole trade in process and also helped me to transfer content from my old phone to new phone. Highly recommend.

Not even Best Buy can fix a factory defect, this cellphone has a factory defect and Samsung doesn't advised customers and do not fix it, you have to pay a half of your cellphone price again to have it fixed. BEST BUY DO NOT HAVE A PIECE NOR A TECHNICIAN CAPABLE TO DO IT!!!

If you want to get a compact device with great sound and bass this is it. I was not convinced until I heard it. The other brand is good but this is excellency at its best.

I could not setup music after 10 trys and speaking tonumerous ckerks at bedt and Amazon . Amazin music had no knowledge of this free music offer. Finally i discovered part of the problem. I had amazon music in 2018. Per amazon customers ( i never used it ). Customers are denied free music offer for life because you are in their archives

Pretty cool to use with the Amazon Alexa but not needed with the free radio stations that already come on it.
