Its a ok app , the quality on the audio its only ok

I use apple music and dont see a reason to switch.

The reason I & others got Amazon prime was the music. Prime came with free music to listen to which for me and millions of others sold me on supporting the company. I listened to my favorite tunes & sometimes whole albums in folders I created for over a decade & with no warning everything was ripped from underneath our feet. If you wanted something new or something special you were charged for it, okay! The kids bought new music, the women bought what we needed for our family and the men listened to the oldies, sometimes new stuff. I will be canceling our Amazon prime and never looking back! Good riddance!

Probably would be 4 or 5 star review if I could’ve gotten it to work. The link from Best Buy to activate Amazon music didn’t work. Called customer service and no one had any idea what to do! Thanks for nothing.

It’s decent but makes no sense to be a prime member and have to pay for Amazon unlimited. It use to be that as a prime member you could have unlimited access to music but now they are separated services.

Amazon music might be great but the BestBuy system made it impossible to cancel from it without speaking with a customer rep - which took way too much time.

Should make it for new and old subscribers cause whats the point of giving “extra perks” for buying with best buy makes no sense same as with apple music

This was a free 4 month trial when I bought Sonos sound bar and speakers which I didn't try because I'm very happy with my iHeartRadio.

Had trouble attempting to join via Bestbuy website (link). Ended up going to Amazon music directly and abundance of music is awesome.

This was a a value-add to a purchase that I made, a Christmas gift for my wife. Fine and dandy -- thanks for the effort! -- but the purchase itself was canceled without warning, and I was unable to reinstate the purchase at the originally offered price. That kind of cast a pall over this value-add. In short: I'd give such a deal more consideration if Best Buy hadn't gone out of their way to disrupt my holiday season.

Love Amazon music but Bestbuy setup has a bad link and won’t transfer over to Amazon to do final setup.. customer service didn’t fix

The activation code never worked. Called the customer service and had to be on phone for more than an hour getting transferred from department to department but no one was able to help. Everybody kept on putting it on other department. One billing and subscription department rep says "this is free why do you care about it." Eventually gave up and not using best buy again. Would give it negative stars if it were there.

The *new subscribers only* will get you on this one. Got 4 months free with purchase of 3 Echos but at some point Alexa had subscribed and made us ineligible for 4 months of service. I received several emails reminding me to subscribe, and I had to waste 15 minutes to get someone to "cancel" it via chat so I could stop the reminders. In addition, the subscription through BB was $1/mo more than directly with Amazon.

I had trouble getting it connected I previously had Amazon music and when I signed on to 4month free it said I wasn't eligible

I tried it out because of course it was free with my purchase, but it wasn’t what I expected. I still perfer Apple music.

Didn’t like the fact that you have to be a new Amazon music subscriber :@( ..,if I purchase an item and it offers this deal they should honor it and shouldn’t have any required option to use…and if there is they should offer something else to replace that offer with purchase…I would recommend it because it’s a great service for music just not happy with the offer presented with the purchase.
