Best buy offering a free trial as a benefit of purchasing something else that is only for someone that hasn't had Amazon music before is very disappointing as I would figure many others may agree. Why wouldn't bestbuy actually give 4 months of Amazon music for free to anyone that made the same purchase so we can add on to the current Amazon music subscription. Very disappointing.

Trying to activate the code will bring you to Amazon website to sign in and another activate button which nothing happens instead at the bottom of the page said START which will bring you to another scam page which almost hack my credit card!!! Is this really hard to subscribe and to enter an activation code. cancelled my subscription without even started it.

Never used it as I have a Spotify account, didnt seem necesary for me to add another music account

I honestly prefer spotify, but this is an okay product. The music selection isn't the best.

I have not had the opportunity to try it yet as the item it came with was a Christmas gift

It's ok but does have lots of music even less than some free apps so don't recoment it

Good if you have amazon already but if you dont it might be hard to actually switch.

I prefer spotify. Amazon music just is not as user friendly as other music apps.

I have now spent over 2 hours trying to get this set up. Over an hour on chat, escalated twice, no resolution. Called the store and was hung up on after transfer. Went into the store where account was finally activated, but upon trying to redeem am now on the phone with Amazon and still no luck. What a waste of time.

Too little and too late, Amazon, for giving us music in prime and then taking it away, and now wanting to embed it again. Amazon is becoming more difficult. the echo is just becoming a nuisance with new notifications that it announces even when I have them turned off. Losing patience with all Amazon products

I only listen to music with video. Music without video is not useful to me. Please add video if you want me to enjoy your music. I only purchased this plan because it was free with my Best Buy headphone set. If Amazon is such a large company, they can afford server space to have video like youtube does.

Song selections are good, but the interface is kludgy. I prefer Spotify.

Spotify is way better. Dont waste your time. Didn’t even redeem.

The music is slow responding dont recommend get Spotify instead

I didn't like the podcast recommendations and hard to navigate.
