Honestly I haven’t took advantage of this offer. Got Sirus radio and that fits my family’s needs easily. I’ve actually never heard any complaints about Amazon Music. To each his own in these cases.

WORST OFFER EVER!!! I TRIED TO ACTIVATE MY FREE TRIAL SO MANY TIMES AND I FAILED! I EVEN CHAT WITH BEST BUY, WITH AMAZON, ETC AND I COULD NOT ACTIVATE NEVER THIS FREE TRIAL. I JUST GAVE UP FINALLY.

This free trial period is not quite free when a credit card is required up front. Even if I provide it, it would be up to me to remember to cancel it after the four month free trial. No thanks.

Amazon would not honor the 4 month free trial. I had to call BestBuy and after 40 minutes finally got someone to cancel my credit card submission so I would not get charged.

Yes I am aware a new account is needed for this to be redeemed. However, when I try to click the link to acitvate the trial, im put into a loop that takes me to the wrong page.

it's just a free trial and you have to provide a payment method and you can get a free trial without purchasing anything, so it doesn't really have any value. No thanks.

I purchased a Sonos Sub & it comes with 4 months of Amazon music. I didn’t activate the offer cuz I don’t want to end up paying for it & deal w/ canceling it.

I think it’s ridiculous that this is not a perk for everyone especially during a time right now I think we all could use the break from any subscription fees

I could never get it to activate called M Amazon, and Bestbuy spoke with eight Bestbuy associates to help me get it activated. Nobody could help me.

Never went through it was always stuck on taking you to Amazon but never went needed to cancel the payments because that did go through like nothing

It's sad that prime members don't get music unlimited included. You're better off getting SiriusXM for radio and YouTube music than paying for this.

This was a joke - had to be new subscriber and I was on a free trial a few years ago. So wouldn't let me try it again for 4 months. Not fair!

no way to record video locally. need subscription to record video. after trial period there is no way to playback video for free locally.

If they are going to give us something free when we purchase an itsm. We should be able to use it. Should not be for first time users.

Trash. AMAZON did not honor this offer. Pretty much a worthless Best Buy offer. Good luck getting BB or AMZN customer service to help

Unnecessary addition to get you into paying habit, you subscribe and then start paying automatically once the 4 month period ends

Followed the instructions but cant get it activated. Chat was worthless. They said i had to call…already wasted too much time on this

I've learned from past experiences to never sign up for any type of Amazon subcriptions because it is absolute HELL to cancel.

Complete runaround with many attempts to get the free Amazon unlimited music, no success as were many others shown in reviews.

I really don’t care for amazon add on. I mean I have Amazon prime. I think it should all have been included anyway.
