i bought roku device that stopped working 3 weeks after purchase. East Northport Best Buy would NOT take it back or exchange it because they have a very short 2 week return policy ! i did not know this and even if i did the device broke after only 2 weeks of use ! Best Buy would NOT EXCHANGE OR GIVE CREDIT FOR A FORTY DOLLAR ITEM. i bought sony tv sharp tv washer machine with my Best Buy credit card... Store told me to return it to Roku direct. i am cutting both my wife's and my Best Buy credit card in half. They will never get my families. Or my business EVER again. They dont deserve it.

The offer is confusing and very difficult to understand. They email you a link that takes you the the Best Buy site, but there is nothing on the site to activate. Chat told me to "Go to Amazon to activate." I went to the Amazon Music Unlimited activation site and entered the code from the email as the promotional code and the site responded that the code was invalid or has expired. I note that most Amazon members have already had a free trial from when they originally released Amazon Unlimited so you are likely unable to redeem this offer.

I love my Ring and feel so much safer having it. I have a daughter with Down Syndrome and it makes me feel safer that she can see who's at the door before opening it.
