    This item itself worked as intended. However, the way the product was transported needs work. I received my item in a flimsy plastic bag. When I opened the bag, I heard a rattle inside the box. Upon unboxing and looking through. The CPU itself was not harmed since it was inside a plastic casing. However, the included CPU cooler was a bit damaged and the plastic holding the cooler broke into pieces and one small piece of plastic managed to stick on the pre-applied thermal paste. I managed to take the plastic off the thermal paste myself with no issues. To conclude, maybe send the item in a box with bubble wrap to protect this fragile item from shipping.

    Its a good cpu for office work, I wouldn't pay over $200 for this CPU though, the 5600x is just SO Much better for $299 But These can be picked up on sale for a good price now
