The processor runs great. The game bundle that was supposed to come with it never panned out. Redemption instructions never showed up in my email.

Works ok not too fast not too slow could be upgraded

It doesn't work, I wanted to exchange it for another one at the store but they told me it was impossible, I don't need my money back, I need a processor to be able to work, I don't use my PC to play, I use it for work every day, I hope you can help me

Could be cheaper, very limited use, but still is a work horse, will not fail you

It works amazing for gaming and even some office work. It has really good performance for its price. I am able to do anything with no issues or conplaints.

never recived and never got a refund have contacted the 3rd party you got it from and thats all you did cant get help refunding my 97. buck and they have not contacked me crappy suport team you got

It's cheap and fast enough to upgrade an old motherboard which does not support for nvme 4.

waste of 87 dollars cant refund it don't know what else to say other then was for my nephew finally got to see him and it doesn't work straight out of the box checked pins and Ryzen obviously makes an arrow to match with on the board so you cant put it in wrong either way 10/10 would not recommend am will to try for a replace or repair on this one but not a fan of it as of right now

Just get the 5 5600 way better for only 60 more bucks

It came with bent pins, The thing was returned to Best Buy and to this day I have not recieved a refund or compensation online or in store because of a lazy and nasty attitude from the lady up front.

Excellent CPU, and for under $100 you can't beat it. I paired it with an RX 6700 XT and I've seen no bottle necks playing at high settings. I also bought a Thermalright Peerless Assassin and the CPU hasn't gone above 65⁰C! Definitely recommend!

Performeded worse than the ryzen 3 i had in originally and made my games unplayable. Had to waint weeks to get a new one dont waste your money get the ryzen 7

Purchased this specifically for a budget VR gaming system, paired with an Nvidia 3060 Ti and 16GB system RAM. Have no issues playing Half Life: Alyx on Ultra settings with an HP Reverb G2, haven't tried much else yet, but I'm sure it will handle it fine. The lack of PCIe 4 support makes no difference to me in this use case, as PCIe 3 is plenty fast enough for gaming, and I have this running in a cheap A520 board which doesn't support PCIe 4 anyways. Considering I bought this for less than $85, and it was close to $50 less than a Ryzen 5 5600 at the time, this CPU was well worth the purchase!

The ryzen 5500 is a good priced entry leve. Gaming cpu. For under 100$ it gives plenty of performance for your money.

Great Gaming/Work CPU for the price, 12 threads is definitely appreciated by moden software.

This cpu runs well and is great for a budget build.
