Excellent CPU!

Excellent processor!!
||Posted . Owned for 2 months when reviewed. This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.Excellent processor! I must have lucked out on the silicon lottery because this one was boosting to 4.85 GHz all core out of the box. Is stable at 5.05 GHz all core on Aorus Elite WiFi. Hits 79°C full load on a 280mm AIO. Stock setting temps run around 60°C full load, while still boosting to 4.85 GHz. Couldn’t be happier.

Fast little thing go brr
||Posted . Owned for 2 months when reviewed. This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.Great cpu that with good cooling will almost always hit the boost clock of 4.65 ghz while gaming. Would recommend using something other than the stock cooler since it heating up to 85c made my room considerably hotter. Refreshing performance after upgrading from an i5 2400 lol. Pin grid array made me a bit anxious, had somebody else install the cpu for me. Not particularly biased by any team as a first time builder but I chose a ryzen over an intel because of the difference in motherboard pricing alongside the processors.

The Rumors Are True
||Posted . Owned for 2 weeks when reviewed. This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review. The performance and cool operating temperature rumors for the 5600x are true-- I am now a believer after having used Intel 9th and 10th gen i5s in the past for flight simming. Somehow AMD has managed to outcompete Intel chips that use 50% more power with nominally higher clock speeds (I assume because of better IPCs and the architecture). And I haven't even overclocked it yet. Glad I patiently waited rather than getting a 10600K for $50 less (nothing wrong with them, but this is faster and cooler by a significant margin). The only challenge was finding this in stock!

Great CPU!
Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review. This CPU is a beast for the price. Pairs great with my B550 Gaming Plus MOBO and Gigabyte 3070 Aorus Master. Couldn't be happier with my first PC build from January this year.

King of AM4 gaming cpus
||Posted . Owned for 1 year when reviewed. This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review. This CPU is the king of AM4 CPUs in terms of value. Sure, a 5800X3D will outperform it, but it's more than double the price now. I put one of these on my microITX case where it is exposed to much higher temps and it has performed like a champ. Highly recommend of you're looking for an affordable AM4 gaming CPU.

Great CPU
||Posted . Owned for 1 month when reviewed. This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.I ran benchmark of this CPU, it beats previous motherboard powered Intel Core i7-8700K. During gaming, solid performance without any issues. Before installing CPU, you'll need to update BIOS to get up-to-date version. Just motherboard, power supply and USB flash drive to update BIOS. I bought motherboard from Amazon to use this CPU. I just installed this without problems. Do NOT bend pins of CPU. I high recommend to buy this and just want you know about upcoming major release of Windows.

Awesome gaming performance for little $$$
||Posted . Owned for less than 1 week when reviewed. This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.A nice, cheap way to get an awesome gaming upgrade if you are years behind. Easy enough to install. The only hiccup I had was Windows freezing randomly, but figured out it was the chipset drivers that came with MB. On a fresh install, I went straight to the AMD website and downloaded the X570 drivers from them, installed and boom....no more freezing. Can't say enough about how much you get out of it for how little it costs....coming from someone whose rig was almost 6 years old.

Zen 3 POWER
||Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.Coming from a 1st gen Ryzen 5, my experience may be skewed a bit but this thing is a beast. Any CPU intensive games or software that you use will barely get this thing to break a sweat. Folks coming from more traditionally cooler CPUs may raise an eyebrow when this thing hits 86+ Celsius under load but per AMD, this is normal for the zen 3 lineup. But still...maybe grab a 3rd party cooler to rest easy.

Such an upgrade!
||Posted . Owned for 1 month when reviewed. This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.Coming from an old i5-3450, the 5600x has been superb! After seeing the power usage of the i5-11400 I decided to go with the 5600x even though it is priced quite a bit higher. I am definitely not disappointed that I did! Very quick and meets all my needs with some gaming and occasional video transcoding. Nice that it comes with a cooler but I still went with an AIO just to keep the CPU as cool as possible.

Great value for gaming at MSRP.
||Posted . Owned for 3 weeks when reviewed. This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.Better gaming performance than i7 10700K at a cheaper price, with PCIE Gen 4 support? Winner. Luckily at the time of posting this, these have become much easier to find at MSRP. Absolutely do not buy this for over listing price, buy a 10700K on a deal instead if you need something now and for some reason you still cant get a 5600X.

I LOVE THIS CPU
||Posted . Owned for less than 1 week when reviewed. This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.I believe I've purchased this CPU at least three times for my builds. I love it. Always in working condition, never any problems. It is a powerful CPU and provides awesome value. I recommend pairing this with an RTX 3060, 3060Ti, or 3070 as well as RX 6700XT. I don't think you can beat the power per value of this CPU.

Best bang for your buck
||Posted . Owned for 2 months when reviewed. This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.Best bang for you buck! And it’s not even close. Amd over the years have been getting really close if not been beating nvidia as far as CPU’s go as of late. And compared to other CPU’s in this price point this one is the best ngl

Best Budget CPU
||Posted . Owned for 1 month when reviewed. This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.Faster than an Intel i9-10900K at single core and just under the multi core of a Ryzen 7 3700x, 65 watt tdp, just 300$. Stays pretty cool, but boosts quite a bit so expect some temperature spikes if you're using the stock cooler. Even works on some B450 motherboards with a bios update, if you're looking to upgrade. Highly recommend this CPU, very happy with it. If you manage to find one, it's an amazing deal.

Great chip
||Posted . Owned for 10 months when reviewed. This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.AM4 chip with lots of room for overclocking with the right cooler. Almost as easy to overclock as an FX chip. This is a gaming beast when over clocked, Even at stock settings, it does very well paired with a 3060 or 6700xt

Amazing with room to spare
||Posted . Owned for 3 weeks when reviewed. This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.Amazing out of the box performance but where I saw it shine was how much I was able to Overclock it and maintain stability and thermals. I am able to hit well over 4 on this guy. Much needed improvement for my system. Don’t think I’ll have to get another for a couple years.

Excellent value for excellent CPU
||Posted . Owned for 5 months when reviewed. This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.Very solid value for a 5000 series CPU. AMD is doing a killer job competing with Intel. The consumer wins here. For $300 US you can't go wrong here. Very happy with this processor, and may buy a 5900 if I have some extra money in a few months.

Amzing fast cpu
||Posted . Owned for 1 month when reviewed. This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.Works great for the whole month I've used it for. Does everything I throw at it well. It's a little pricey for six core, but the single core and gaming performance is very good, currently best in class. The multi core performance of the 5600x is close to the previous gen eight core cpu, the 3700x.

Great performance, worth the price!
||Posted . Owned for 2 months when reviewed. This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.Beautiful performance, easy to install (ignoring some user errors), loads npcs, environments, etc like a champ, but my gaming needs arent demanding or intense, so this works perfectly for me! using this with a b550 gaming plus works just fine after updating the bios, very satisfied!
