Great even though its last gen's chip

Installing Windows 10 on a system using this chip and 32GB RAM on a MSI MPG X570 motherboard took about an hour if that. No lags. Boots up extremely quick so great if you do not want to put the machine into sleep mode so energy can be conserved. Easy to install just look for the arrow on the bottom left corner of the chip (if its facing you face forward and upright)

This is the first time I've used an AMD processor after being an intel user for well over a decade, and I couldn't be happier with the performance. Installation was a breeze, and my performance in games like Deep Rock Galactic, CSGO, Doom Eternal are all fantastic, and the stock cooler does a great job of keeping things cool.

Powerful and easy to install

However, installing the fan onto the actual processor is super easy. Instead of taking off the brackets, you just slide two hooks onto them, and lock the cooling fan in. (I’m using the AORUS B450 Pro Wifi for reference). It also boasts great power, definitely great value for the price!
