Fastest 65w desktop CPU I've ever seen. It's faster in most cases than a current Intel CPU that's likely using 200-400watts of electricity. That's just bonkers

My original plan was to go with the Ryzen 5 3600 but Best Buy did not have it in stock so I opted for this CPU. Couldn’t be any happier with this one! The Ryzen 5 3600 is a better buy but hey why not take it to the next level?

A great bargain of a CPU! Not only will it be quick in gaming, it is quick and reliable in the day to day tasks thrown at it. I have not had an issue with it since getting it, and it comes with a RGB cooler.

It’s a good processor still, I had no choice as the next gen is sold out everywhere. I’m very satisfied with it for the foreseeable future, at least with AMD you can upgrade without changing ur mobo.

Before the 5000 series came out, this imo was the best cpu for gaming/workloads. If you game and do alot of heavy processes on your pc, then you definitely should look into the r7 3700x!

Bought this 2 years ago and works fine. A good processor for what it is. It maybe 4 years old in 2022 but still works great and has no issues

Bought this Processor when it first came out! it is disgustingly fast for its value. Was able to overclock it stable at 4.2 ghz. I dont feel the need to upgrade at all. even after a year of owning it.

Really liking this processor. Runs well on my X470 board, and even with PBO On + Auto OC, I’m regularly getting several hundred MHz over the stock boost, with the included Wraith cooler. A nice upgrade from my old processor.

product works great but make sure the ram you have is compatible with AMD or you may have to tweak the speeds in bios. Compared to the 5800x, the price to performance makes sense to get the 3700.

After years of loyalty to Intel processors, I decided to try AMD. Great bang for buck. This chip runs a little warmer than I am accustomed to seeing, but still comfortably within the range stated by AMD.

Was considering the 3600x, but stretched the budget a bit for the 3700x, and I do not regret it at all. May have won the silicone lottery, but I was easily able to undervolt and overclock this CPU stably to 4.45GHz all cores, at 1.3125V. Using the CPU cooler that comes with the CPU, and a moderately aggressive fan profile, the temps peak just above 60c at extremely heavy workloads. Stays around the low to mid 40c range under normal use consuming 20W at most. Can't go wrong with this processor, and it will likely be overkill for many users. But, better to have more than not enough!

Installation of the new CPU went smoothly and its operation is much faster than my old CPU. I have been using the new CPU for a few weeks now with a MSI Tomahawk 450 motherboard with no problems.

I recently upgraded my computer and decided to go with a Ryzen 7. The gaming I do on this is now amazing and I could not be happier I would recommend this especially if you can get it at a good sale price.
