Upgraded from Ryzen 7 1700 to 3700x and see the performance increase is good. Would recommend the processor if you are looking to upgrade from 1st gen Ryzen. Run's hot on the stock cooler, you definitely need to purchase a good cooler.

So far so good. Got recommended this part as a part of my first Pc build and I am enjoying it so far.

We had a great experience!! My son and I was able to get in and get out in a timely manner and the store was crowded!!! Everybody was friendly and helpful!!! Everybody was safe wearing their masks also!

Great CPU and at a fair price point. Wish they would go back down to $270 as they did a year ago.

Marvelous beast of a processer. JUST KNOW, you can NOT use this processor as integrated graphics (cant use the MoBo for hdmi or DP display) since its not capable. You WILL need a capture card for this

Go with liquid cooling. This thing runs hot. It really doesn’t over clock. It barely hits 4.4 and that’s only for a split second.

I cannot write on the functionality of the product itself as my kid is saving money and slowly building a gaming computer. Best Buy has hands down the quickest, most reliable curbside pick up.

Great quality without spending too much. It will literally do anything a normal person would want.

I don't have anything to add, as everything I buy I buy because it already comes HIGHLY recommended by others. So all I can really say is I agree with everyone else. Flawless perfection.

quiet,smooth, fans never sounding like they are under a load, constant temp even when game playing. I'm very pleased with this processor. comes with a colorful fan unit.

Great processor for zen 2, but I think upgrading to zen 3 is the better choice for better fps

I bought it in the store and the box is still in good shape. Wraith Prism is included and it also have thermal paste. Just be careful when you hold it as you do not touch the bottom of the chip.

Building a pc with my son, this should handle any game no problem

Worked well out of the box, nothing wrong with it. However, warning about motherboards - motherboards of the x570 line have numerous issues, and I've had to return two in order to get one that worked properly.

I love this CPU. AMD is amazing and if you game and multitask, say stream with a one pc set up you really need to go the AMD route. I have not overclocked this and I probably won't. Don't feel I need too.

I couldnt get 5000s series chip so I settled on the 3700x. I believe this cpu is the best bang for your buck. There is no difference in gaming performance between Ryzen 7 and RyZen 9

Installed on b450 mainboard with 1060 gpu, 1th m.2, hhd,16 gig ddr4 @ 3200 for now with Windows 10 pro as main PC, does the job gaming and everyday stuff plus rerecording audio cd's ,

Im happy with the product and the price, and i like best buy overall as a company, but the guys at my local store in Monroeville are arrogant jerks. Im not going back there and ill try to use another nearby branch, but if i get the same kind of attitude i got in Monroeville, thatll be it for best buy. Its too bad, i like the store.

Everyone at Best buy were very professional & helpful with getting this replaced. Geekteen found the first one didn't do well after delivery but has had no problems with this one.
