Its was the best pice to perfromance. Will handle any new modern game. I paired with a 4070 at 1440p and allmost no bottleneck runs Cyber Punk with gpu at 100%

Very good processor for gaming and budget builds. I paired this up with a 3080ti and can play even the most demanding games. Good processor overall.

Amazing cpu one of the best on the market honestly

The Ryzen 7 5800x is last gens' perfect mid-tier processor. It's easy to cool and will run most Triple A games well with the right graphics card.

AMD has been a force to be reckoned with. This processor can do it all. I mosty game on my PC but I do use it for class work and coding. I have rendered some vidoe as well. When this product has a sale price it needs to be snatched up.

Pretty hard to find Ryzen processors when I saw this in the case and bought it. In fact Best Buy had everything I needed for a quick pc build upgrade. This is one of the best processors around currently and I can’t think of any negatives.

MUCH faster then my 3800XT that it replaced. If you want the best gaming CPU from AMD get a 5600X, but if you want to do media work, code compile, or the like grab a 5800X. Its worth the extra money for those extra cores

I had some reward certificates that made this purchase worth it. It is constantly on sale somewhere with the cheapest being 379. Upgraded from a 3600x and made a hell of a difference.

AMD really kicks a!!. A great product - works well, blazing fast and performs very reliably. I only wish they'd manufactured a compatible CPU cooler - like the older AMD CPUs had.

Honestly, the best value for money CPU that has ever been made in my eyes. Everything AMD claimed in marketing for this CPU turned out to be true, and it seems they even undersold themselves. One of the best PC purchases I've ever made.

Bought a 3070 Cyberpowerpc from Best Buy but came with a Ryzen 7 3900x and I play Warzone which is CPU based, I wasn’t getting the best FPS so I upgraded to the 5800x and let me tell you I get over 200+ FPS in Warzone best upgrade so far.

Great processor. No issues in my x370 mobo. Using a Corsair H90 water cooler and temps are around 41-43C. Fan does kick in on heavy gaming loads.

Been buying AMD Products for years with no problems and this one is the best so far. The Ryzen 7 5800x is, I think, the best bang for the buck. Very fast. Pair it with an MSI x570 gaming board and your ready for anything.

Bought this to pair with my 3070 and I must say just from cpu swapping with my 3900xt. I was getting anywhere from 15 to 45 extra fps on varies different games. This cpu is a beast for gaming,multi tasking and workload. Definitely worth the price
