    Killer AM4 Cpu

This cpu rips. Great gaming performance - paired with a measly 2080ti , still gets all the FPS. If you're looking at it, you already know what it is. Buy it.

Best value CPU of the am4 generation. 3d cache makes a noticeable difference in games that use it and the slight down clock from the normal 5800x is not noticeable in gaming applications.

This was a huge upgrade from my 2700x. I am able to push higher frames on many games now especially VR. Great value for performance vs AM5 vs 5800x3d. Try to get on sale and enjoy!

    Awesome processor for gaming workloads

Went from a 3800x to this 5800x3D, and it was much more of an upgrade than I thoughy it would be. I'dsay if you'restill stuck kn an AM4 motherboard, that this is the best "bang for your buck" processor to purchase ifyou're a gamer that needs excellent single core speeds. Paired with a 3070, I went from barely hitting 100fps in the middle of nowhere in BDO to constantly pushing high 100's, in WoW I went from massive stuttering in Valdraken to almost none oitside of the busiest times. Let's be honest, major wow cities always have issues in busy major cities. Anecdotal evidence aside, I definitely felt the difference, and its been rock solid for over a mo th or two at ghis point. Highly recommended as the upgrade to start sending the old AM4 platform down the old dusty trail while you wait for the next(or even next next) generation.

As a first time user of AMD instead of intel the the price in my opinion it is a great option and has kust the right amount of power to get things done, i dont think ill ever buy intel again endless prices drop. It is exremely stable and have had no problems with it!

Runs amazing. My original system had a 2600 and RX590. My 590 died and I upgraded to a 4070ti. Obviously it bottlenecked my 2600 in everything. But after pairing it with the 5800X3D my gaming performance is phenominal.

5800X3D is the AM4 gamers endgame

I opted to buy this to upgrade my 5600 since I was not interested in buying into a new platform where I would spend a lot more money on AM5 hardware for very little performance increase. It just makes sense to upgrade what we have, and the 5800X3D is the end game for gamers on AM4.

The difference in this processer compared to my old ryzen 7 2700 absolutely blows me away. The amount of frames I got after I switched left me more than satisfied.

This thing is awesome for people wanting the cheapest upgrade today that are already on ryzen am4. No idea if this will age better than the 5900x (that is equal price atm)but gaming on this now is outstanding and saw huge frame jumps in many games I play.

Made a world of difference. Had to switch back to old CPU to update BIOS, then reinstall this one, but no issues with the CPU itself. Able to game and stream simultaneously now, which is the main reason I upgraded

This chip added about 30 fps to my games. Overall, the upgrade has been worth it. Highly recommend an AIO or liquid cooling to help with the added heat in comparison.

A month I’m so far and I’m very pleased with this. Paired with a red devil 6900xt and 32gb ram, this make sure I can run most games maxed (ray tracing excluded) at 4k 120fps plus. If you want to max out AM4 this is definitely the CPU for you.

Perfect if you’re still using AM4 and don’t want to spend a fortune upgrading mobos. More than enough for every game on the market , and great for tarkov especially. If you’re not on AM4, spend the extra 80 bucks or so and get a 7800x3d

The best last gen gaming CPU?

This CPU can still keep up with any game thanks to 3D cache and performance should be very future proof. Only downside is AM4 being last gen so this is a better upgrade for an existing motherboard.

If you are not ready to spend the money to move on to the AM5 platform then this is the best upgrade you can invest in to breathe new life into your AM4 socket Motherboard. My AM4 Gaming PC runs like I built a newer PC.

Works great, super fast and zero issues. Did a sidegrade from 5900x to this as i only really use my rig for gaming. Slight improvements in most games, especially the 1% lows. Best AM4 CPU out there is your gaming.
