This thing was a replacement for a failed 5950x that I was not willing to replace in my unraid server. The price and throughput made it an easy purchase. Picking it up locally made it even nicer. Comes with a fan, made it even easier.

Amazing CPU

Good But Runa Hot

Works great. But it gets hotter than my old processor. Like 60 and when up 70 idle. I changed some settings to help keep it cooler. I'm using tyke Hyper 212 right now. Did get a Thermalright 360 from Amazon. So hopefully using a liquid cooler will help.

My Ryzen 7 5800xt Review

Great am4 CPU
||Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.one of the best am4 CPU's for the price I upgraded from a Ryzen 3700x to this and I've noticed a big jump in productivity. The only downside is this runs pretty hot so I would recommend a good cooler and a motherboard that will handle a 105 Watt CPU.
