Good to stay on AM4 for a little while longer when it's on sale it's a good purchase.

It is actually a very good purchase option. I bought it for video editing and some games and it works very well for me. I recommend it.

Upgraded from a ryzen 5 3600x, what a difference. Great fps

Product is great for the price and socket series. Just be careful because this processor has a habit of running really hot dor really minute tasks.

Great for 1440p gpu paring, runs hot but that’s most x-xt versions.

Decent for both moderate-heavy workloads and gaming, handles twitch and steam running together, would recommend for a in between cpu upgrade!

Stock cooler has neat RGB features but is too noisy and can't keep the CPU cool. Idle temps 50-60C and gaming temps 80-90C (Cyberpunk on low for a few minutes) are unacceptable. Repasting the cooler helps a little bit but it's clear that this needs a serious aftermarket cooler or underclocking (or both) to run at reasonable temperatures. It's a shame because this seems to be the last AM4 processor still in stock anywhere, but I suspect the thermal issues are why.

It probably would've been good if the prongs weren't bent. However, was cheaper than on amazon so thats a good thing.

It marks the temperature incorrectly. After more than a month of use, it loses half of its performance. The fans at maximum used to mark 130 fps in Warzone, now it shows 70 fps. Don't buy it.

Asked the GEEK SQUAD qualified person to provide me with a bundle and compatible components. Well he chose memory, motherboard, and CPU for me. Motherboard MSI was AM5 but cpu was a AM4. After complaining I was told that the GEEK SQUAD on repairs.

I was told to puches this to upgrade my pc from windows 10 to windows 11. After i received it they told me even if i brought in mt pc they could not upgrade my pc so i ended up buying a second Laptop which cost me $107 more than the on I purched a week earlier; why?
