It beats all other CPUs in gaming benchmarks. It runs cooler and uses less power than high end Intel CPUs and for around $450 its just a no-brainer. You dont need a super expensive power supply or CPU cooler. Get the 7800x3d if you want to spend a little less. The only downside is the current price of DDR5 RAM which this CPU requires. That being said this is, in every aspect, the best gaming CPU ever.

Running -40 PBO without boost and perfectly stable in OCCT/Prime95.
